  • Solar Photovoltaic Hybrid Systems,
  • DC Generators for Military and Telecommunications,
  • Hybrid Electric propulsion for Marine and Specialty Vehicles,
  • Micro-Cogeneration.


General Description: With focus on safety, quality, integrity and certification properties, our Production/Operations/Manager will serve as the liaison between departments such as scheduling, production, materials and maintenance and resolves any day to day issues.  



  • Review MRP reports to schedule work within the department to meet customer expectations (both internal and external).
  • Monitor and proactively address issues that impact performance to meet ship dates, lead time, response time and inventory goals.
  • Communicate order requirements, and company production standards.
  • Generate, proof and distribute work orders, production reports and capacity reports. Communicate errors or modifications with Procurement and Engineering departments.
  • Consult with production, procurement, and receiving departments to expedite operations and alter schedules to meet special conditions, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
  • Serve as liaison with other departments on matters pertaining to schedules, production, materials and maintenance to resolve any day to day issues.
  • Contribute to quality control team.
  • Process stock control records (work orders, Back Orders; Manufacturing Order Completion Ticket, Stock Requisition…etc.)
  • Prepare for and participate in all Production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Knowledge of computerized MRP systems (SAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow directions in English.
  • Knowledge of processing machinery and its capabilities.
  • Basic arithmetic and measuring skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends included.
  • Requires walking, standing, bending and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to successfully meet the hiring standard for a post-offer drug screen.


EDUCATION: 2 years of college
